One Percenter Grain & Grape Fresh Wort Kit

An easy drinking, refreshing American Pale Wheat made to be a 1% Abv, made with 100% Australian ingredients.

Dry Hopping is reccomended with 40g Sabro but if you’d like to experiment you could try 40g of Galaxy or 40g Bru-1 or any other hop in the fermenter 3 days before packaging.

Approximate cube volume: 16.5L.
Starting Gravity: 1.026 undiluted, 1.018 with 3 litres of water added

Bitterness: 18 IBU’s
Grist make up: JW Ale 65%, JW Wheat 30%, Best Caramunich 1 5%
Flavour hopped with Bru-1 and Kohatu hops.
