Additional details:

• Bond amount is a flat $2000 pre-paid then refunded
• Pick up and drop off only
• Drop off must be next day or Monday by 5pm for weekend hires
• Late drop off incur a 5% hire fee charge
• In case of lost property, we keep the entire bond
• If parts are missing, we keep an amount of the bond equal to the cost of the missing parts, new (e.g. a tap is $30 etc.)
• In case of damages, we keep bond amount based on the damages:
• Scratches and normal wear and tear: no bond retained
• Dents and cosmetic damage: 10% of the bond
• Actual damage such as replacing a door and things like that: bond retained based on the damage
